Rivio

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-19

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the Rivio (riviohq.com) service provided by UAB „Tobuli“ (company code 303338202). By registering and using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Rivio is a rental-property accounting tool: managing contracts, meter readings, invoices and utility charges, AI tariff extraction and the kontus.lt integration. We strive to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not guarantee that it will operate without downtime or errors.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • The data you enter must be accurate; you are responsible for its correctness.

4. Plans and payments

  • Solo (€4.99/mo) and Pro (€9.99/mo) — with a 30-day free trial.
  • Business (€44.99/mo) — 15 units included; each additional unit is billed at the current per-unit monthly rate, with the quantity recalculated monthly.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. You can change your plan at any time; the difference is prorated.
  • Prices include VAT.

5. User obligations

You undertake not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Rivio is not liable for indirect damages. You must review AI-generated tariff updates before applying them — ultimate responsibility for invoices rests with the user.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. You can download a data export before closing; after closure the data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Solvency check service

  • The solvency check is an optional one-time service: an assessment of a prospective tenant's financial capacity, performed only with the candidate's explicit consent.
  • The price is €14.99 per check (VAT included), paid by the landlord when the check is activated. The service is free for the candidate.
  • Refund: if the candidate does not complete the check within the invitation validity window (or withdraws consent) and no report is issued, the full amount is refunded.
  • By ordering a check you agree that performance begins immediately and acknowledge that once the report is issued you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).
  • The report is decision support, not an automated decision (GDPR Art. 22): the final decision rests with the landlord; the candidate may request human review and contest the result.
  • The report may not be used for purposes other than the tenancy decision, distributed, or passed to third parties. Upon receiving the report the landlord becomes an independent controller of its data.
  • The report is valid for 30 days. The data processed and its sources are described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved in Lithuanian courts.
